Hello I’m Monica de la Toba I help to enhance the purchasing processes of companies.

My specialty: controlling purchases and budgets, especially international purchases; I also have a coaching and consulting program where I share with companies the importance of having purchasing processes and how to carry them out, as well as training.

My professional career:

In 2009 I started my career in the purchasing area. I have always collaborated in high-level companies, I mean a high level of standards, service and Financial, therefore, the demand for results is also high, hence my need to always have answers. I participated in important projects and thanks to my ability to develop them, to control budgets and to analyze the information, I was always able to fullfillthem versus the 2 enemies: BUDGETS AND DELIVERY TIMES.

I started my personal project in 2018 and I discovered that I wanted to support, coach and teach companies the importance of having a purchasing department and that’s how I started. My first clients were training, cost analysis and logistics, which I love. Now I complement this with purchasing services, small and large, as well as international purchases (Import-Export, OSE and FFE)
